Answer

The PX-M402U can support capturing 16:9 or widescreen formatted video. On the capture tab of the WinDVD Creator software, click on the wrench icon to bring up the project settings.

Click on the RECORD tab and select the DVD HQ (HIGH QUALITY) profile.

You will be able to now capture your widescreen video in 16:9 format. The resulting video should look like the image below.
