Try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Try playing back your CinemaNow videos in Windows Media Player. If the file doesn't play back in Windows Media Player, it will not be able to burn. Venue works best with Windows Media Player 11 and higher. You may need to update to the latest version through Microsoft's Windows Media Player site. After completing the install, reboot your machine and try to burn again.
- Run the BurnRight System Check. This will validate you have enough hard disk space, the correct drive selected for burning, and that your computer is connected to the internet to ensure a successful burn. To run the BurnRight system check, go to the Tools menu -> Run BurnRight System Check.
- Review the Venue system requirements and make sure that your system is compatible.
- Make sure that you are using a QFlix drive and QFlix media. Venue will only burn with the proper media and hardware. Please review the article QFlix Drives and Media Compatibility for more information.
- Verify that you have the latest firmware installed for your QFlix drive.
-
You are allowed to burn your video to DVD once. If you have never burned the movie but were unable to create a playable disc or would like to purchase another burn license, please contact
