Here are some common things to check when the PX-PA15AW is not detected after scanning with the Presto! software.
- The PX-PA15AW will show up as the WMS100-IMAGE in available wireless networks.
- Make sure your wireless network card or USB adapter is installed properly. Drivers are available on the manufacturer's website.
- Set the wireless network adapter to use either the 802.11G, 802.11B, or the 802.11A standard. (The PX-PA15AW is not compatible with 802.11N network adapters.)
- Update the firmware on the PX-PA15AW and/or reset the device back to factory defaults.
- Your firewall may be preventing the Presto! software from making the connection. Please add the Presto! software to your list of "safe to run" applications.
If you also use your wireless network adapter to connect to the internet, you may need to disable the profile from "automatically connecting when in range."
