Please follow the steps for checking and set up.
a. Right click  "My Computer" | "Properties" | "Hardware" | "Device Manager" | " Sound, Video and Game Controllers".
b. If the Ultima ATSC-LGMT Digital TV Tuner is present with a yellow exclamation mark on the device, please right click on the yellow mark and Select "update driver"
c. Choose " No, not this time"
d. Select " Install from a list or specific location"
e. Select "include this location in the search"
f. Install the Plextor software disc and browse to the Software and driver folder.  Install the driver. 

• Reboot the system.  The OS should indicate new hardware detected. 
• If the device is still not detected, please contact Plextor Technical support.
