Guys, I apologize about the delayed response but I've been unable to get any additional info about this problem. I've already checked with an engineer and was assured that there should be only one version of this drive. For those of you who still own the drive, send me a PM and I will send you guys a modified firmware which will try to force the update. Also, if someone could post a picture of the entire drive label (the one below is missing some info in the bottom right corner), it may help shed some light on the problem.
The Service is really bad. No answer for weeks.
